During peak periods, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping (within the United States): We offer USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground shipping options. Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
International Shipping: We offer USPS First Class International and UPS Worldwide shipping options. Estimated delivery times are 10-20 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that customs processing times may vary, which could result in additional delays.
Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the most suitable option.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping rates and will be the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Custom or personalized items, including the Johnston-Waddell Family Reunion Memorial Tee, are not eligible for returns, unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the order.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including any shipping costs, once we have confirmed the issue.
